Minutes later, she walked straight into the kitchen without washing her hands and started touching the dough and cheese with her bare hands — on my pizza. She and the others were laughing, touching their faces, noses, and phones, and then touching the food. I even started recording because it was so unsanitary. When they noticed, they just laughed and closed the kitchen door. The cashier had a bad attitude, loudly talking about how ready she was to go home, and when I asked for a refund, she said she’d find a manager — then claimed the manager wasn’t there and told me to come back tomorrow. I reached out online for help, but no one ever got back to me, and I lost my money. After reading other reviews about uncooked food at this location, I can’t believe this is being allowed to continue. Why would I trust people who handle food this way to make something safe for me to eat? This place is completely unprofessional and unsanitary.
