    Orange juice was watered down and hash browns were undercooked, got no syrup with hotcakes. They make it extremely difficult; reach out to customer service and just got a lousy response that they would be sharing it with the store owner. I would rather spend my money elsewhere, when you have issues, it's so much easier to either get points to reorder or a refund at other places. (I go here often and don't always have issues, but when there is, the process needs to be more convenient)

    I used the drive through and have to say that the service was terrible. They have 2 lanes but only one person taking orders which is fine if the people in the other lane know what they want and order quickly. Apparently they had a lot of trouble deciding what they wanted or perhaps a lot of special requests or something but after repeating a hello, hello, is anyone there I finally drove to the window to ask if their system was working which it was and the fellow at the window said something about waiting my turn. Then said he asked for my order as soon as I drove to the window. He took my order but then I waited 10 minutes for my food. This was not fast food and not a pleasant experience. I ordered 3 fish sandwiches and 2 lg sodas
