Hot, fresh, friendly team and people who go out of their way to ensure great customer service. Today, I called at 3:50 am to ask when breakfast would be available on delivery sites and Jen, the morning manager, was helpful and so kind. I received my order, fresh and hot, with a little extra treat, hot coffee (much needed) and apple pies. As the GM of a fast food restaurant, myself, THIS is what I look for in a manager. Thank you, Jen, for raising the standard for fast food customer service. Much love.
