Finally I stopped a DD e.ployee who said (somewhat rudely), "You can get ice cream here." This is the same employee who saw us standing at the BR counter and did not bother to acknowledge us. This turned us off so much we left. There seemed to be no manager present and this employee needs to be taught how to interact with customers properly.

When the coffees came out and I asked for one of them to be remade because it was completely wrong, the workers wouldn’t remake it unless I paid for them again. After paying for both coffees again I got to listen to both workers degrade me and the children next to me, as well as listen to the workers complain about how much they hate customers and working there.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
