  The afternoon crew is quick and nice. But i’ve genuinely had the worst ever fast food experience of my life when i went at night we waited in line for 40 minutes and we ordered on the app so our order was there for 40 minutes and they still asked us to pull into a spot and wait for our food and 15 more minutes go by and a man starts walking out with a bag of food crumpled in his hand after he was on his phone inside with our food while we waited, we rolled our window down and he said is this yours with a cigarette in his hand and smoke blowing around our car and into the bag of food that wasn’t sealed.

  Came here last night (around 8pm). Food was good, everything we ordered was correct. However, the girl in drive-thru had the BIGGEST attitude problem from the speaker until we pulled away from the 2nd window. Customers don't want to hear a worker complain they don't want to work a certain position because they hate it & watch their bag get tossed on the counter near the window.

  Today the line was so long that it was blocking traffic, and the inside was packed as well. their card reader was down and they had to comp i’m assuming to be a lot of meals, including mine. I had a man, i believe his name was Ricco (i’m sorry if i got it wrong it was hard to hear) and a young woman at the register (again it was loud i couldn’t hear her name), tell me the situation and that they compensated my meal. despite the high stress situation they were in they were still so kind and polite! kudos to them both. i hope by “we comped your meal” they meant the wendy’s corporation did because if not that would be sickening. i hope they both have a fantastic day!

  Terrible service, especially at night. Rude, got my order wrong, and I payed 20$ plus for this food. Total ripoff, do not buy here.
