  Been disappointed before like most others. Today I’m in the drive through, I pull up to the other speaker on the right side. Meanwhile 3 cars that were behind me are cruising right through the other speaker on the left and going ahead of me before I even ordered. I was getting skipped. I drove away and went somewhere else. Might be the last time I go to this location.

  A decent McDonald’s the staff was friendly and prompt enough. I tried the. For the first time, it was actually quite good. Both the sandwich and the fries were hot and fresh, which sadly is not always the case at McDonald’s these days. Overall, this was a good experience.

  I have always loved McDonald's my whole life. Unfortunately, the quality of service has gone downhill, especially eating inside the restaurant. There are no ketchup pumpers. My latest visit wasn't great. I placed an order and specifically selected eat inside. I waited at the table for over 20 minutes. It turned out they placed my food in a bag and at the pick up shelf! My McFlurry was mostly melted because I didn't know they put my order there! I highly recommend using the drive thru.

  I typically wouldn't do this,, but today's experience was horrible. Started out with a older gentleman with a leather jacket taking our payment. Extremely rude, never talking once to us after I thanked him. Then went to second window only to get three wrong order. Was asked to pull up to the door only to have the wrong order brought out again. After waiting 20 minutes, , I went in demanding my money back. This experience made us late for an event we were looking forward to. We frequent McDonald's often and as of today,, they lost us as a customer.

  I took my mom through the dtive-thur for breakfast after her doctor's appointment. I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, and what she wanted, i ordered an unsweet tea with extra ice, I get to the window and they hand me the drinks and the tea wasn't even fill up all the way, I asked if they could please fill it up, they did but with sweet tea and I cant have sweet tea only unsweet. They gave me our food, and we drove back to mom's. half was missing no hotcakes and thats when I realized what happened with the tea. I tried to call them and talk to the manager who acted like it was no big deal, said if i come right back she would give me the hotcakes, I proceeded to explain that my mom is disabled and I couldn't come back to which she hung up on me. Money is tight and I was just trying to give my mom a treat. So I didnt receive food that i paid for and drinks were bad! I understand customer service is hard but when its their fault it should be made right not hang up on customer! 😒
