Do not shop at this crooked store. My friend’s car was towed out if their lot for parking over a white line — no sign anywhere. Was a crooked tow operater and he couldn’t get his car back for three days and the tow company demanded $575. Giant is in on it — they are letting these predators take their customers’ cars.

I had a terrible experience with a Team Lead at Giant named “Alex”. I ordered groceries through insta-cart for pickup. They couldn’t bring the groceries to my car because they said they didn’t have a “runner” on hand, so I had to go inside to get them. The area for online orders is completely disorganized. After realizing some of my order was missing, I asked Alex where the order could be. Instead of searching the entire room for the order, Alex says he has nothing to do with insta-cart orders and tells my wife to call insta-cart, as if insta-cart could come and look for the order in the room. Luckily a different Giant employee found the items in the exact section Alex said they couldn’t be. Instead of Alex looking for the order throughout the room (as it was clearly misplaced) we stood there for 30 minutes while my wife tried to connect with insta-cart. Alex completely wasted me and my wife’s time. Alex also wasted company money by standing around doing nothing instead of looking for the items. Alex is rude, incompetent and lazy. Alex desperately needs more training and supervision. Hopefully someone at the company will help him get that.
