  What is the point of using the app and scheduling a delivery time two hours into the future for it to still be insanely late to deliver, with no updates in the app or online whatsoever? Thanks for an “order received update” an an estimated delivery time that never changes and is a half hour past. Totally useless.

  Called to ask about inventory since online says everything is sold out. The person who answered kept saying whatever so rudely, I can take your order. The issue is that online says you are sold out of everything so on the business side thats not good. How many other people are going elsewhere because your location says sold out. Think inside the business box. Smh

  On 3/14/26, I placed and order for delivery. The order that came was not my order. I called, explained what happened and asked for a refund. Things happen and wasn't mad or inpatient about it. Was told a manager would call me back to confirm the refund. Next day around noon, I called back as a manager never called me for the refund. As soon as I asked for a manager, the woman on the phone got a heavy attitude and was unpleasant as she informed me she was the manager. As soon as I said my name, the manager of this store starts berating me for filling out a negative survey Pizza Hut sent me the night before and starts raising her voice at me. I asked her to have a GM or someone call me back as she was just being obnoxious and rude. No one called me back surprise surprise. Stay away from this location!

  The staff there are extremely rude and the place is ran like a zoo. The manager will curse at you if there's an issue with your order, despite it clearly being there negligence. On top of the unimaginable display of unprofessionalism and extreme levels of disrespect, it's very clear this place has zero regard for food safety and cleanliness. The employees are all either smoking right outside the entrance or walking around inside with their cigarettes hanging out of their mouths with no consideration for patrons and their business. I would wager they do not wash their hands after either. I'm very confused as to how the owner or, "manager," can allow this to continue. This has obviously been happening for some time now. Which is evidenced by the several previous reviews that span years all mentioning similar experiences, aside from those that are clearly left from employees attempting to refute the complaints. I wish I had taken a second to look at all of this prior to ordering food from here. However, now that I can confirm the indecent operating conditions, I could not recommend this location to someone if it were the last place on Earth. At this point, I'm glad my order was cancelled because I likely dodged some sort of food borne or bacterial illness.

  This is a pickup or delivery location only. There are no tables or seating for customers, just a small waiting area and a pickup counter. I ordered large thin pizzas with extra black olives and an order of bread sticks. I'm not judging the food based on anything other than my expectation for Pizza Hut. I'm not comparing them to New York style pizza or Chicago deep dish, or anyone else's idea of what pizza should be. I ordered from Pizza Hut because I wanted Pizza Hut Pizza. The bread sticks seemed bland compared to all previous orders of Pizza Hut bread sticks I've had. The marinara sauce included with them was cold. The pizzas were cooked correctly, and the taste was as expected. However, the quantity of olives on the pizza was disappointing. There were less than I would expect for a "normal" amount, so far less than I would expect for "extra". I don't know if the person making the pizza didn't like olives and thus couldn't imagine someone wanting extra, or if the store just didn't have the inventory available to properly fulfill the order.
