  It's Sunday night & want Wendy's, so I ordered online thinking "what's the big deal? I'll just pick from their online menu & get what I want." Pick up time: 20 minutes Drive through time: 30 minutes "Huh? OK, I'll go inside & get it lol I'm hungry." *confirms & pays for order* *gets ready to leave* *gets in car & drives to Wendy's* *parks, gets out, and goes into Wendy's* "Dang! This place is completely empty. Are they open? Oh no, did I order it from the other one? Better check." *pulls out phone & double-checks* *some scraggly old man in a Wendy's uniform walks to the Fry Station - doesn’t see me* Thinking to myself, "Oh, why doesn't that bearded man have a 'beard net' on? Ew, where are his gloves? He's just gonna hold that greasy fry scoop & fill people's containers like that? Yuck" *bearded, south-western Asian man open mouth coughs, hard, directly into the Fry Station* *does it again* *wipes his mouth with an un-gloved hand* *continues to fill fries* Me: [SHOOK] "uhm, I'm here to pick up an order." *bearded man quickly turns, clearly panicked* *begins talking in an unknown language to a young lady who understands; guess she was on drive-thru?* *She speaks 'English' to me that I couldn't make out, and then makes a call on her cell phone with her un-gloved hands* After some time, maybe 15 minutes, my order is bagged up and being placed on the counter. I don't want to take it but I already paid for it. "What should I do here?" *manager walks in with headphones on and throws out the trash from eating dinner in his car* *removes personal headphones, puts on Wendy's headset, puts his apron on, grabs my bag of food & my 2 cups, takes it from the younger girl, and places it on the counter & says "hello!"* [The entire time in between the young lady dialing her phone and the end of that succession of events the staff was nervously moving around, almost as if they never expected a customer to enter the store; constantly glaring at my and talking to each other in their shared language, 5 feet away from me] How unwelcoming. And that manager who just ate dinner while doing whatever on his phone in his car did not wash his hands. I will never return to this location. I will also only eat inside so I can see the hygiene my food is prepared with. There are food safety laws, and then there are standards - this crap violated both. Shame on you.

  If I could give a 0 stars i would I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger from this place and I received a raw cheeseburger. Absolutely disgusting and I can’t believe I took a bite out of that. Ordered it through Uber Eats and they won’t give me my money back for for the cherry on top. Won’t recommend to buy at this place.

  So I went and got French toast sticks seasoned potato wedges from Wendy's this morning and I'm absolutely head over heels in love 👋😁👋😁👋 broad Street Lansdale. Thank you

  Lines are always slow moving. The food is never hot, and they always manage to forget something from our order.
