While waiting for my order, I overheard an employee make an inappropriate comment about an African American customer, calling him a “jackass” and saying he “couldn’t even see him.” The remarks were vulgar, unprofessional, and came across as blatantly racist. I was so put off that I decided to leave and get dinner for my family somewhere else. I asked another employee what was going on and was told the person’s name is Matt. Based on what I witnessed, Matt showed a serious lack of customer service and professionalism. I’m requesting a follow-up to confirm that this issue has been acknowledged and addressed.

Long story short, my food never got delivered and it wasn’t returned to Pizza Hut. So pretty much, it stayed with the driver and you know the rest. I called Pizza Hut and Brenda fixed my problem. She was very professional. She made me another order, and paid out of her own pocket to have my food delivered.
