Made the Right Way. Every Day. There's a reason our bagels taste different--they're made the traditional way. At Manhattan Bagel, we give each bagel a dip in a kettle of boiling water, then bake them fresh each morning. That's how we get our authentic shiny bagels with a crispy, golden crust on the outside and that soft, satisfying chew inside. No shortcuts. Just real, authentic bagels made the way they were always meant to be. We kettle-boil our bagels to lock in that shine and crunch, then bake them fresh daily for a chewy, golden bite. No shortcuts, just the classic NY method - done right, right here, every day.

Service is slow. They say if you go to their website you get 6 free bagels. I went to the site and it prompted me to download their app, but no 6 free bagels. It's just bait. Don't go here

Absolutely terrible, service is ridiculously slow and rude and food is not even that great! If you expect any kind of service you have to use their self serve kiosk. Avoid this place, many more options that appreciate your business.

I had a BLT and 2 onion bagels. They were great. I recommend. The place was empty so service was quick. I'll be going back.

Few places with Nova lox.. but watch out, ordering is a mess. First time they gave me the smallest bagel they could find. The half barely covered the sandwhich and the bottom didn't have much. The total was 16 dollars and change. Including coffee. The second time the price was the same.. Today is 17Nov2025.. I asked for no onions, they gave me onions!!! I am slightly allergic and I bit into the sandwhich before I realized it.. Mind you, I'm tipping 4 dollars each time. Today, they charged me 20 dollars.. the sanwhich was 15 dollars alone!! Plus coffee.. They did jot put tomatoes on it like the last two times.. The lady stood me up and said they don't put tomatoes on it .. None chelantly offered me a slice.. I declined.. I am never coming back to this place...
I found a place.
Everything Bagel. They make their own bagels daily and the sandwhich is only 11 dollars.. better product and better service. Owner at the counter and between the options offered and the Customer Service, this is a must.. Thank you for offering to go to your website Manhattan.. to get free stuff. That was not my purpose.. Enjoy!! This place .. Everything Bagel is also much cleaner.. Manhattan coffee counter is discusting!!!

After a few visits we can comfortably say that this Manhattan Bagel is inefficient, poorly executed, unprofessional and borderline rude.
Each visit two sandwiches and two coffees were ordered; the sandwiches were not made to order each time missing steps such as scooped or toasted. While constructing the sandwiches the employees completed steps intermixed with other sandwiches; cut one bagel in order and place in toaster, put spread on another bagel from a different order, cut bagel from our order, grab a bagel for another order, place cheese on first bagel, place second bagel in toaster. This lead to delays, ordered processed improperly and cold bagels.
Black iced coffees were adequate and enjoyable, but any blended or crafted drinks were over sweetened and watery. Orders picked up at the counter were met with indifference and when we said thank you the only response we have ever received was “uh huh.”
This parking lot and drive through are also dangerous and congested.
Bagels in this area of the state are not the best, but better service and more efficient teams could make up for this. Other than moving the locale is challenging, and a focus on service and product would benefit the company.
We do not recommend this location, but would offer that others may be better suited for the business.
