  I came to the Dunkin on March 9 at 7:44 AM and paid for my order. When I tapped my card, the payment went through on my end, but the cashier told me it didn’t and asked me to swipe again. I told him many times and showed him my bank statement that it had already gone through and that I could see the charge, but he said it would return to my account and told me to pay again. Because of this situation, my card ended up being charged twice for the same order, and the first charge has still not been refunded. Since I was only passing through the area and live about an hour away, I’m not able to come back to the store. I called them multiple times over the past few days explaining them my issue, but they are not trying to solve this issue, and said I can’t get refunded without coming into the store. They are also very hard to reach. It takes a while to talk to someone. They are always looking for a manager. When the manager is there, they say they are waiting for their boss.

  One of my favorite Dunkins. I love how they make their drinks consistant which is a big deal for me bc I try a dunkin place once if they dont make it good, I just dont go back to that place. I don't feel I need to tell them to actually make it like the paper recipe calls. We all know when a drink is made in a stingy way. So this Dunkin makes it the right way and that is why I am their customer.

  Great sandwiches and coffee.. The Glazed doughnut did not seem so fresh.. a b it stale actually.. But a good breakfast. Thank you! I will come here again.

  the worse I have drink drink coffee in my life . Please ,Don’t buy stuff in that location .

  Dunkin never disappoints with it's nursing home waiting room vibe. But the WiFi works and I guess the drinks are tolerable
