  A bit disappointed in my order for national burrito day. Had two custom salads made (one with chicken and one with steak). They looked appealing to the eye, but when I finally tasted it, I was very disappointed. The chicken and the steak were very overdone and tough to chew. It was almost like eating rubber. They were also mostly burnt and cold. I am unsure if I came at a bad time, due to the promo going on and them having a lot of customers earlier in the day. Still, the quality for the BOGO promo didn't meet my expectations. The diet coke also tasted very off, so I had to dump it. I was charged extra for side chips that I did not ask for. I was under the assumption that it came with the free queso w/ entree purchase. I definitely should've saved myself the trouble and went to Chipotle up the road. I would've probably gotten fresher ingredients for a few dollars cheaper. The only plus was the sweet cashier who made my order.

  place is always dirty. the steak and shrimp were so over done that it was barely edible. I got charged twice for the order and the manager completely dismissed it. Now I have to fight with my credit card company over dried up good that tasted like crap and paid 26 dollars for it

  My wife and I abandoned chipotle months ago because it’s disgusting and makes us sick every time we eat regardless of the location. We came here hoping for something comparable. There is no comparing. The food here is better in every way from how it’s cooked to how it’s portioned. The staff was very friendly and the grading scale is up against my third trimester pregnant wife so you know it’s legit. The outside dining is great, they have a little half counter that opens to the outside. The soda was super crispy and I enjoyed it enough to type this review. So glad we gave up on chipotle and found this instead. Ashtra and Jennifer were amazing and when we could not decide between the spicy queso and the regular queso, we purchased a full-size regular and she gave us a taste of the other one. Bing bang boom. What an awesome way to not waste our day off from kids. Oh and we got two bowls packed to the brim, two sodas and a large chip and queso and out the door for $35 bucks.
