I had to wait for him to finally look up. He then called another employee over to take my order. When my burrito was being made, the portions were beyond pathetic. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were barely any grains of rice and only a few black beans added. It was embarrassing to watch. I’ve been to plenty of Qdoba locations over the years, and I have never seen portions this small. By the time it was wrapped, the burrito looked like a miniature frozen grocery store burrito. The tortilla could have been wrapped around it twice. When I asked if he was serious, I got nothing but a blank stare. Completely unacceptable service and quality. I walked out and won’t be returning to this location.
