My husband ordered a chicken parm sandwich on Sunday 12/21. It was a call in order and pick up. When we got home and he cut the sandwich open, the chicken had mold on it. I called the store & the manager immediately disregarded us and said “I can assure you there is no mold on our chicken, it probably picked something up from the pan it was cooked in”. We know what mold is! They did give us a refund after I said I was coming back to bring the sandwich and show them in person. But the fact that rather than an apology and looking into where the chicken came from being a first action, the she tried to dismiss it. Who knows how many times food has been bad there & it was dismissed or looked over?? I’m posting this so people are aware and proceed with caution. We’re typically regulars there but unfortunately we will never be going there again.

$17 for a 10 inch hoagie. Asks for a tip when checking out. Pay your employees enough I shouldn’t be asked to tip when the hoagie is $14 before taxes
