    I have to say these are the best bagels we have enjoyed in a long time. We were so pleased with the mobile order option and have used it and the drive thru pick up as well as walk up purchases. Efficient and accurate. I’ve been personally contacted to confirm any changes to my order. Customer service is key with this location. Keep up the great work!

    This Manhattan Bagels is one of the best quick-service dining options in Newtown. Ori and the team keep the bagels fresh, the coffee hot, and the wait times short. Eggs are cooked to order, so all of the egg sandwiches are better than competing fast food places.

    This was the first time I came to this store. The manager yelled at me upon picking up my order stating it was supposed to be picked up earlier and he gave the bagels away bc I wasn’t there. He was extremely rude! I will never be back. You do not treat customers that way. I thought I hit 11:30. It was an accident. He just lost my business. Learn to be nice to your customers no wonder why you only had a 4.3 stars! Stay away from this place. Newtown bagel will continue to get my business. If I could give you a zero star sir I would!
