- PPPark91Oct 16, 20251.0I stopped by this location today and picked out almost all on sale or BOGO items. Almost nothing came off at checkout after getting to the payment section at self checkout. I tried getting help from the attendant. I showed her pictures of the sale signs from inside of their own store and my Giant app with the clipped digital coupons. I was told that coupons need to be clipped a day in advance, the clearly marked BOGO items were not actually BOGO, items marked as on sale IN STORE are not actually on sale, ect. I understand how the digital coupons, online sales only and minimum quantities work as I've been shopping here for years, but this person was clearly clueless and argumentative. I chose to cancel my transaction as this is deception. This was a huge waste of my time. This was my second nasty experience with a self checkout person at this store. This location has been going downhill for sometime now and I will continue shopping at Aldi instead.
