    After I grocery shopped at Giant, which was a great experience as always, my car wouldn’t start and I needed a jump! My husband was an hour away and I didn’t have anyone else to call that was available close by. The customer service lady and staff were so kind! They really went out of their way to help me. Jen with Direct Food service took on the task as she had a car and was very confident in her ability to use jumper cables, and I agree! She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dereck was also able to assist, even though he was leaving for the day, he was kind of enough to stay a little longer to help Jen. Jackson was able to step in for Jen while she helped me. I am so, so grateful for their help. What a great team! Thanks again to the staff and especially Jen and Dereck! 🙏

    This Giant was clean and virtually empty at around 4pm on a Friday.. it was wonderful. A standard positive super market experience.

    Cyndi is a great cashier, she helped me with the giant app bc I was having issues with it and how to get the coupons!! I miss her in the morning. I came in today and she was working in the afternoon. Miss her on the morning shift. A couple of my friends and I go in there in the am and we only went to her line. Wish she was back on the morning shift!
