- MAMiss ANov 28, 20254.0I usually don’t have an issue when I come to the store I like it actually everyone’s pretty friendly, but I swear you need to make sure that you train all of your customer service Employees, the same because none of them follow the same protocols… I have returned things numerous times at this giant through customer service using my original receipt that I bring in and multiple times I’ve had the employee hand me cash back if it’s under $20 without an issue then tonight I go in and I bought a few things when I returned something so my change was like $17 and I had asked if I could just get the cash back and the lady was like oh no it has to go back on the card and I paid originally with my debit card using my pin number and I’m pretty sure that if it’s under $20 and I have my original receipt that you could easily give me cash back they’ve done it before but she refused to do it which is fine it’s whatever but it’s inconvenient and I just feel like no one gives me a straight answer on what the policy is nobody really knows it Some people will do it other people just make it difficult on purpose. I feel like either way it’s annoying. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s so annoying people need to be on the same page.

My husband was an hour away and I didn’t have anyone else to call that was available close by. The customer service lady and staff were so kind! They really went out of their way to help me. Jen with Direct Food service took on the task as she had a car and was very confident in her ability to use jumper cables, and I agree! She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dereck was also able to assist, even though he was leaving for the day, he was kind of enough to stay a little longer to help Jen. Jackson was able to step in for Jen while she helped me. I am so, so grateful for their help. What a great team! Thanks again to the staff and especially Jen and Dereck! 🙏
