Per our receipt, Connor G. was the one who took our order and gave us our food. He was super friendly and made our dining experience great. As a business owner myself these are the employees you want to keep and enrich. I hope the guy gets more opportunities to grow with Five Guys because he clearly showed that customer service matters and I took notice. Hopefully in our travels we’ll be back to this location and Connor is working! - Food was also great so kudos to the cooks!

Still I love the food burger was delicious fries were to salty to the point I began to cough after eating them. So informed the manager he was so nice apologized made me another order and he gave me a soda for the inconvenience. My only complaint was the cashier who I feel was rude I informed her that I just my needle injections in my eyes just prior to coming there and I ask if she could explained the menu because my vision was blurry and sore from the injections she was like what I said nevermind I felt myself getting irritated behind her tone so i redirectied my agitation about her and I tried to see it myself. Then I asked again what kind of shakes you have before she could talk I told her what kind I wanted then she responded oh I thought you couldn't see that good. Again knowing my temper i didn't wanna make a scene because I was in so much pain can barely see but I did my best I walked away. She needs training on customer service. The food was a good her service not so good makes me think if I was blind is this how I would have been treated. I will never forget her face thats for sure.
