- TPT. ParvezFeb 16, 20265.0I had a great experience here today. I accidentally placed a Grubhub order to the wrong location because I didn’t have the correct address saved. I came into this store thinking it was the right one, only to realize my mistake. I’ll admit, I was a bit short with the register clerk at first and asked if he could please hurry up and make my order given the situation. Despite that, he remained incredibly polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire interaction. To my surprise, he kept his cool and had my order ready in less than five minutes. The staff here are truly amazing and very accommodating. I really appreciate their service. Love this place — great people all around.

Five Guys has always served their fries in the white paper cups, but I’m sad to say they have swapped them out for tinier parchment paper bags, not only lessening the portions you receive, but making you pay more for less. This place has always been a bit pricey, but it was always worth it for the amount of extra fries you got in the bag; not saying they still don’t give you a lot, but the portion difference with the bags compared to the cups is noticeable. Please stop charging us the same prices for smaller portion sizes.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
