The steak had absolutely no flavor, not smoky, not seasoned, not even salty, just tough, chewy chunks that felt like they’d been cooked earlier this week and reheated out of spite. Every bite was a workout, and not in a good way. To make it worse, ingredients were straight-up missing. Things I asked for simply never showed up, leaving me with a sad, unbalanced burrito that tasted like someone assembled it while actively not caring. Rice and beans can only carry so much when the main protein is this bad. Calling this “Mexican food” is a stretch at best. There was nothing bold, fresh, or comforting about it, just bland meat, poor execution, and regret. If this is the standard, Chipotle really needs to rethink quality control, portion accuracy, and whatever they think seasoning is supposed to be. I didn’t expect gourmet, but I did expect edible. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Any time you order ahead and do a pick up they suffer so much in quality of the meals and they also cheat you out of meals you paid good money for ! Ordered a steak bowl & there is literally two small pieces of steak covered by a ton of beans and everything else. It’s one thing not to give extra meat, it’s another to try and not give you any at all after I paid $13 for this meal !! Rice was stale, quesadillas for my kids were just big balls of cheese barely melted. Guac is huge chucks of avocado not smashed. They just take your money and give you crap. Never coming here again.

For $17 the burrito is almost the same size as taco bell burrito and those are small not worth and a waste of money probably won't be coming to this location anymore.
