  The music too loud when I was getting a sause this lady miss herd me after I said what I wanted like 4 times I said salsa she gace me sour cream then thought I would still want it even tho they taste so differently then when she remade it she gace me no chiken compared to the great amount I had before and was acting like I was the one who made the mistake and the music was overly loud and it felt more like it was to hype up the workers cause it was comeing from the back intead of where everyone was sitting and the songs they played weren't even things that people would want its like songs from 3 years ago

  We asked for chips with our order- the employee said they're out of chips. Meanwhile there’s a giant basket of chips in the fryer. The manager said the chips are only for online orders. So they are prioritizing online orders and aren't giving chips to customers that order at the counter. She said we could step out of the line and order chips online and they would give them to us. So I can get chips if I order online but not at the counter. How does that make any sense?

  This chipotle is very lazy with there service and they never put the proper portions of food in your bowl or borrito, it’s very dirty everywhere including where the food is made, they do not know how to wrap borritos they are very messy and pour out everytime. I do not recommend this nutty chipotle 😂😂 very poor service

  Okay I dont know why no one has said anything but Ill do it for everyone. For the past year/year and a half i have avoided chipotle like its the plague. This location is my local chipotle, so the convenience of the location would be nice IF they could learn how to cook rice. The bulk of your meal, no matter the product, is rice. The PAST YEAR, the rice is consistently undercooked, doesnt matter if its white or brown, no one knows how to time it accurately. And the time of day doesnt effect this either, its truly a waste of money to go to this chipotle specifically. Sitting beside my family writing this since I was the idiot who agreed to go to the local chipotle and not one half an hour away..
