Left to go pick up-Arrive to scan and go-someone holding up the line decided to do their mobile order at the scanner. I followed behind-- 10:21am. I watched 7-8 cars receive their orders way after mine- the woman in front of me receives hers - and watching the lady with the earmuffs walk car to car and NEVER acknowledge me sitting there waiting for my food. Finally I call to earmuffs and ask her where my food is I ordered awhile ago- She spoke to Assnt. Manager who hears my issue but doesn't listen. Then the Manager comes out explaining breakfast is over -like duh that's why I ordered at 10:14 and been sitting here since 10:21- But earmuffs after watching her for 15min told the manager I just arrived at 10:41am. I will never return to this Chick Fila the one at Grant and the Blvd are faster, attentive, and customer service oriented. To not even offer to make me the sandwich, HB and orange after being a loyal customer since they opened because I'm so close to this location was disappointing.
