  Probably the worst Bdubs I’ve ever gone to. Placed a mobile order for 20 boneless wings and a large potato wedges. It took longer than the estimated time to receive it. They gave me no silverware, probably less than half of what an actual large potato wedge contains, and all of my chicken was tiny pieces that were mostly breading with little actual chicken inside. They gave me 1 singular ranch for my food. Just bad. Do not recommend at all. EDIT AFTER BDUBS REPLY: They didn’t look into this at all as this was a pickup order. Not even delivery. Don’t blame this on third-party services when it was just Buffalo Wild Wings. What a joke of a reply.

  I ordered mixed wings thats what i paid for and got all drumsticks and my wife was heated. I called to tell them about this the guy on the phone didnt even try to compensate me for the mess up instead just blamed the new guy the oldest trick in the book 🙄 bruh 😑. How about give me a order for next time half off or on the house or something to make up for the money i spent on something i didnt ask for. Thats what a good customer service restaurant would have done. Never Ever Again!!!!

  Order 10 wings for take out. We ended up waiting 30 minutes and when I called one of the servers she walked passed me and ignored me. She proceeded to go inside and tell one of the guys in the kitchen that “someone needed help up front” it is not busy at all. Maybe around 3 tables . Food is good, horrible staff. I got ignored and the guy told me that he thought I already got my food. I got home and they got my order completely wrong.

  Chris was an awesome server. Friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. Made the experience great. Would absolutely come again!

  Under staffed! We had to wait 20 plus minutes for our order and by the time we got it it was cold. Had to reorder and was not the same food. Only one person running the bar area and serving 11 tables. They looked worn out and tired.
