Our brewery has a well-documented predisposition for all things weird (…and gruesome, and irreverent, and punk rock… This is craft beer, after all.). And while those interests played an active role in bringing The Coffin Bar…to life…the real stake in the ground was set when our crew visited the 60-year-old haunt and realized the bar was shaped like, you guessed it, a coffin. Eccentric, intimate, and fearlessly fresh, The Coffin Bar lifts up seasonal, approachable comfort food, doubles down on some adventurous takes on familiar libations, and, of course, offers a killer lineup of craft brews from a certain award-winning brewery.
