  Was waiting buy a sandwich, since the workers were busy I tried to use the restroom, at the very moment one of the workers(a white hispanic guy) let me know that the restrooms were not public, and to get out. I let him know that I was in line waiting to buy (had been waiting for 5 minutes) and he said he didn't know that, and that I would just use the bathroom and walk away. Worst interaction I've ever had with customer service. Do not recommend this place at all. Go to the Chinese place thats right next door instead. Oh, and he also said he'd tase me 😂 Just know, you gotta buy something prior to using the bathroom or you'll get asked not to, get kicked out, threatened, or all the above.

  I pre-ordered a foot long sub and once I arrived, I arrived to employees arguing and my sub not ready at all. The atmosphere and service was so poor and they were still arguing and making the atmosphere uncomfortable. Once my meal was ready, I opened my sub and saw how crispy my sub was. And they got my order wrong aswell! I asked for a good amount of pickle and light jalopenos and they did the opposite! Not worth it, and won’t come back again possibly. I did not enjoy my sandwich James!

  Outstanding service. Norman the employee who helped me was fast, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The food was fresh and delicious, and the experience felt efficient and well run. Norman is the kind of employee that elevates a location’s consistent professionalism, great customer interaction, and strong execution. Easily one of the better Subway experiences I’ve had.

  I stopped in to get a quick sub before a movie...well I thought it was going to be quick... whoever was working last night was not so efficient. Only a family of 4 in front of me and I waited already about 10/15 min before he even asked what I wanted but in those minutes he only had cheeses and half the meat on 4 subs!!!! He kept stepping back and talking and telling stories with his hands. On top of it all was underlying attitude and his questions were out of order and confusing which then he made you feel small. I have been to many Many Subways never quite had an expierence like this. I couldn't wait any longer so we walked out without the subs.
