I don’t usually share bad reviews but I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I mobile ordered, waited about 20 minutes. Mind you, I do not drive which is why I waited before stopping in my uber. I come in and the person at the counter just stared at me. I said “I’m here to pick up my online order for Julia” she said “I don’t know what order you are I’m backed up and you’re just going to have to wait I’m busy” I obviously didn’t have time to wait being in an uber, so I left without my food and the employee was extremely rude.

Probably the worst subway I have ever had. The employee was a young white girl with a mole on her face. I wish I got her name. She was not welcoming at all and just threw the sandwiches together. Clearly she doesn't like her job, but that's not my fault.

I agree with others- this location is a JOKE!
The manager is rude and cheap. You can clearly tell she is more worried on saving a few cents then helping out a customer with their needs.
Tuesday I go for the meal deal (6 inch tuna with chips and a drink for $6 something). Normally subway has no problem accommodating my needs. I can’t eat bread. So instead I asked them to just place my tuna, lettuce, cheese in a bowl. Honestly, never thought it would be a huge deal because I am literally allowing to keep to the bread for someone else. But the manager REFUSED! When I explained I couldn’t eat the bread and just asked for it to be placed on paper or in a bowl she then insisted that the system won’t allow her to do it that way.
I have been to other locations and there always were really nice and allowed me to have my food prepared this way. I had a gastric sleeve and bread does not settle well with me!
The manager then told me she can place everything on the bread and then I can pick the food off. I told them that was gross! Who wants to scrape food and dressing off bread? What ever happened to doing something for the customers convenience?
I told her to cancel my order and asked for her name she then screamed “I don’t need to provide you my name”. So I called corporate and made a formal complaint,
I would also like to say that this isn’t the first time I had an issue here before. They refuse certain meats on kids meals, they say their bathroom is always out of service, the refused to take a sauce off once of the protein snack wraps because they claim it’s not customizable ohhhhh and let’s not forget the family duo here as well..
Yes, the owner/manager (lady that took my order today) also has a child that works with her there. I never see the child actually do any work, but her and her mother fight constantly and one day the daughter had her boyfriend come in and also cause a scene. Her and her boyfriend went back and forth with a bunch of customers in the store. It was truly cringy and unprofessional to say the least.
Once I called corporate, they said they will be doing an investigation of this store. They also provided me with a $25 due to my inconvenience.
We left and went down the street to the other subway who happily took my order and when I asked for it to be placed in the bowl they said “no problem”. I paid the same price for the tuna meal deal and I got it in a bowl and not on bread. They didn’t ask why, didn’t argue with me , just smiled and took my order.
And THAT is what is wrong with this location and why I’ll never return or tell anyone else to.

Amazing employees… I have never been to a subway with more dedicated and friendly staff. Last Friday it was madness for lunch with several people ordering both in store and online and one single employee managed to do everything, working incredible fast and with a smile. It was incredible. She is one of the reasons that I keep coming here.
