If we order ahead, it's never ready and it never has all the correct ingredients. If we go in person it still takes a long time. I went to pick up food last night. I put in an online order, got there, and still waited 45 minutes only to be told that they ran out of food and weren't going to be giving us any. Told it would be cancelled on their end in the app and I was still charged. Really disappointed.

- CRCursed Earth RadioFeb 7, 20261.0After waiting in line for 25 minutes while the person taking the orders seemed stumped and baffled by every coustomers order, half of our orders were made and waiting for check out when the manager came out and waved a hand like Obi-Wan waving off a stormtrooper and said "No orders him (pointing to the person in front of us). We asked why and she said that the system was down and she couldn't serve us. Then proceded to let the others in line leave with their food. We left and went to a nearby Chipolte and told them the story. They gave us free chips and queso.
