Very slow place especially since most of the employees are minors. Maybe if Panera paid their employees more, then they would have more people to help in the kitchen and there would be more adults. Some of the employees, like in drive thru when I go, can be very nice and they apologize about the wait. I'll go inside and it's still packed with other customers. Food is also not worth the price you pay and sometimes the drinks are mostly filled with ice and some of the smoothies are made literally liquid. Mac amd Cheese have different textures too and they still mess up on having everything in the bag. You can also hear the old elderly manager yelling at employees or customers. Inside during dinner you can hear the employees laughing and talking loud in the kitchen and saying inappropriate things. Sometimes the pastries are burnt or dry as well yet they're so expensive, and I'll see the manager giving away free pastries to some customers, saying "sorry about the wait". EVERYONE HAS TO WAIT.

this place sucks, if i didn’t get the most simple thing ever (kids turkey sandwich) i’m sure they’d mess up the order, waited 15 minutes in the drive through with cars stacking up behind me. Workers are all teenagers laughing and chatting it up. Exhausting

Your steak & wake sandwiches are delicious, but you should put a little more meat in them cause the sandwiches are mostly bread. Thank you

My experience is never good here. Today was just another day. First off- this location is ran by a bunch of teenage workers who don’t care about your experience or food. Sometimes I would get a handful of lettuce in my salad and sometimes maybe a few forkfuls. Soup is also very inconsistent, sometimes half filled up in the “cup” size or sometimes just a few spoonfuls. Today when I went they forgot to give any croutons for my French onion soup and when I was asked for some, they were just thrown to me over the counter. In the background when I left, they were laughing and mumbling how they in fact put them in there… Towards the end of us eating I noticed I had a “free pastry” coupon. So I grabbed a cinnamon roll. It was so hard (like a hockey puck “, so I asked them to warm it up. They then pointed across the room where there was a microwave and asked me to heat it myself. I first put it in for 10 seconds… still hard… then put in for another 10 seconds… still weird… after another 10 seconds it turned into a mess in the microwave. I never been somewhere where you pay for your food and then are asked to warm it up in the restaurant YOURSELF! When I told the lady behind the counter, they grabbed another one and threw it in their own oven for me. When it came out.. still a hockey puck. The manager asked me if it was better and I told him no. The claimed they made fresh daily, but this thing looks like it was baked yesterday. In the background the staff all started pointing and laughing. I threw the cinnamon bun away and the manager asked if there was anything else he could do. I just asked him to train his employees to be more respectful towards customers and left. Place is far too expensive for the level of quality and inexperienced workers. The fact that we spent $30 on two meals and a kids meal is ridiculous. And then to be treated like this.. microwave it yourself?

The worst Panera there is… I’ve given this one too many chances. I always get someone else’s sandwich or cold food. Service is terrible, go to Fruitville Pike.
