  We have always online ordered and just made our way to the pickup area. My boyfriend went in today just to sit and have breakfast, and god forbid it’s his first time to dine in. After being ignored by two of the workers for a long period of time another woman comes in after and stands to the side of my boyfriend. Of course she is told they will be right over. He is, yet again, ignored and the woman is taken care of first. After that transaction they CONTINUE to ignore him, with still no acknowledgement. It took a worker that was just coming in for her shift to finally speak to him. The same lady that ignored him multiple times comes to get his order after she told he hasn’t been helped by the girl. She’s completely rude treating him like he’s incompetent for not knowing Panera is self serve for coffee and asking for napkins. He’s met with a nasty response that everything is clearly right behind him. The food is always amazing, but do not expect to be treated well if your skin color isn’t white.

  Excellent store. Customer service was outstanding. Food tasted great! Quick service, dedicated team, nice setting and enough place to seat and enjoy the meal. Great experience.

  This afternoon I was there with my daughter and enjoyed a great soup and sandwich meal. The meal was fresh and flavorful. I would've liked to see the soup bowls clean the bowls were dripping on the side. Messy bowls. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I would recommend this location really enjoyed the meal.

  Food quality is poor. Hardly any chicken on my sandwich. Soup was barely warm. Green tea was empty. Floor was dirty with food. Lebanon panera is way better

  I had such a great experience at Panera thanks to Lanya and the team! Lanya was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared perfectly. The woman who was preparing the food was also very helpful and made sure everything was just right. It really made my whole visit enjoyable.
