  We went out for a date night and birthday dinner, and the experience was wonderful. We are truly appreciative of the manager, Monze. She went above and beyond with her service. Her caring attitude and great sense of humor made our night even more special. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality.   This is my favorite Outback I've ever visited anywhere in PA and also I tried a few places in MD. The meals are always delicious and they give you a plate full. From the moment I walked in the door the young lady at the receptionist table greeted me with a warm smile and delightful polite conversation. I was seated immediately! This young lady's name began with the letter "E", maybe Erda. My waitress was Olivia R who never served me before, but this was a delightful visit. She was easy to engage in conversation about the meal and conversation in general. She paid perfect attention to every detail of the meal making the dining experience wonderful plus the delicious food! I cannot say enough positive things about Olivia R! The Alice Springs chicken I ordered came pretty quickly! I appreciate when I don't have to wait for food! The protions were nicely sized filling the plate! Oh, I love the pumpernickel bread they bring out before the meal! In closing, this Outback is about a hour's drive for me, but any time I am anywhere near this Outback, this is where I come!!! Even when I am not close to the resturant, I make a trip down to Outback just to enjoy the delicious food! Last time I was here I tried the salmon for the first time. Wow, that was the BEST salmon I ever ate at a resturant! I always take some home with their buy one take one deal for only $10!

  today i dined at the lancaster outback with my family. our server was olivia R. i was blown away by her friendliness when we were first approached. she walked us through her favorite items on the menu & we ended up ordering all three courses with drinks. we definitely will be back.

  I came here with my family to celebrate my sister’s graduation, and we had the loveliest waitress, Olivia R. She was so attentive and patient with my very loud and expressive family, and she truly made our entire experience feel special. We were also so happy to receive such great service from someone who grew up in Lancaster too! She made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming, almost like a home-cooked meal. We’ll definitely be asking to sit in her section the next time we visit :)
