  All I wanted was a nice crisp Diet Coke to start my morning, instead I got a nice crisp Diet Roach. I got to the very bottom of the cup and said "what's that floating in my cup.." ..... No more.

  I have not eaten at McDonalds for several years due to lack of quality and good customer service. I am now reminded not to eat at McDonald's again.

  Easily one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve visited. Aside from the fact that it’s got the most terrible parking lot layout, making it impossible to get to the pickup spots unless you enter the lot coming off of Lincoln Highway onto S. Oakview Rd., and specially coming off, you cannot turn in going north on S. Oakview as there is a lane divider there and none of the other entrances allow you onto the north/east sides of the building (which is where the curbside pickup is), between all the one way signs and single lane ways. The service is slow and the workers seem confused. Specifically my most recent visit, picking up a mobile order placed in advance and the person at the window is saying they “cannot take my order”. I told them I already placed an online order earlier and they simply said “I still can’t help you right now, you’re going to have to wait 10 minutes” at the drive thru. Not even 10 seconds later they are back on the speaker asking me for my code and then telling me to pull forward… And lastly… the food. Almost always wrong or missing items and barely warm at times. On top of that, they will under-fill your fries and drinks (which I didn’t even think was possible for the drinks since they seem to use an automatic dispenser now. I don’t mind having to wait a couple minutes for my food at the window, but that comes with an expectation that the order is correct, cooked (as much as possible) to order, and I’m not being charged for a half filled container or cup! It’s such a shame that I have to write this review, as this McDonald’s is the closest to our home and we frequent it quite a bit, but all the issues are starting to stack up and it’s finally getting old. Visit at your own risk.

  Me and my family went here twice within 4 days, and both times were terrible. We waited at least 30 mins for our orders, that ended up being wrong. The employees were not friendly, and obviously did not know how to do their jobs.

  This place is a dump. Counter where soda fountain is is trashed looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all day, food and trash all over the floor, and a employee just sitting in the dining area using the phone being loud and using profanity while families with kids are eating.
