  MOST DISGUSTING THING I’VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! I work in the industry where you make drinks for a living milkshakes coffees frappe‘s shaken all of that and whatever the heck this is is not OK to give to your customers. I don’t know what this is but this is not a milkshake. This should not look like this the next day I didn’t eat it or drink it last night because it tasted funny so then I said you know what I’m just gonna leave it sit and see what happens and this is what happens what is this? THE WORST MCDONALDS HANDS DOWN IN LANCASTER! THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE AFTER ORDERING’ then again the next day EWWWWW

  I’ve spent many years in restaurant management and hospitality, and more recently I’ve taken up DoorDashing as a side hustle. However, one McDonald’s stands out because of the exceptional service led by one of the night managers, Mrs. Shirk When Mrs. Shirk is present, there is a noticeable shift in both the atmosphere and the efficiency of the restaurant. Employees are attentive, the front counter is always covered, and customers aren’t left standing around unsure of what to do. While many locations rely heavily on kiosks, she ensures that guests who prefer face-to-face service are acknowledged right away. Just as importantly, the team seems genuinely happier—there’s more communication, more teamwork, and a sense that everyone knows their role and takes pride in it. You can tell the staff feel supported, which translates into better service overall. In contrast, when Mrs. Shirk is not there, the difference is striking. The atmosphere becomes tense and unwelcoming. Morning managers often appear disengaged, and customers are frequently ignored while waiting at the counter. There’s less organization, slower service, and a lack of urgency that impacts both customers and delivery drivers. When Mrs. Shirk is running the shift, everything flows. Orders are prepared and handed out promptly, communication between staff is clear, and the overall environment feels positive and efficient. Employees seem more motivated and willing to help one another, which keeps things moving smoothly even during busy periods. That kind of leadership makes a measurable difference not just in speed, but in the entire customer experience.
