  This only happened once so take it at that. Offered day-old bread since they ran out, and promised a discount. The discount was then substituted for two free sandwiches. This offer then turned to one sandwich once we got to the register window. The free sub was not given but instead asked for our phone number and the sandwich would be applied. At this point I am doubtful at best. The sandwiches the tasted like multiple-day-old meet and cheese. Having been a GM for a JJ's I know what your manuals say. Please increase your level of service and management oversight. The brand only thrives when you follow it strictly.

  First and last time. The sub itself was okay tasting but hardly anything on it for the price. There was one person working. Not friendly at all. Rang me up, never asked me if I wanted anything else. I was asked to swipe my card without telling me the cost or giving me a receipt.

  ordered over $300 worth of food and when I went to pick it up, there was a baby behind the counter sitting on a chair where the food was being prepped. The employees then proceeded to ask me to pay, when I already did. Shady stuff going on at this location, I would stay far away

  This jimmy John’s is the best one I went too the manager is very kind and sweet and staff provides exceptional service if you need to get a quick sandwich on a hot day this the spot
