  Normally I have a good experience doing pickup here, but I bought green bananas (unripe bananas) a week and a half ago and they are literally still green. Not sure if I was given plantains or something… but if they are actual bananas, something is wrong with them and they will not ripen. There’s no option on their app to report an issue with any order. The AI chat told me to call some number but I don’t want to talk to another chat bot on the phone. Unfortunate that there is literally no option to report a problem on the app.

  First the positives. It's a convenient location. The store is clean with well illumination and wide aisles. It has a good selection of many products. Now for the negatives. You won't find anyone there to ask for and obtain help. The prices are extremely high. And the checkout is limited to self service, Even though they have many checkout lanes designed for real employees. Seems like a typical corporation trying to make as much money as they can and eliminate all the employees. So if you don't mind paying super high prices in doing self checkout, Then this store is for you. Certainly not for me.
