  This was our first time here. We came based on the reviews and recommendations. The food and drinks were divine. Everything was extremely fresh and well prepared. The service was phenomenal as well. Lynda was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back another time! Thank you for a wonderful date night.

  We ended up here on a Friday evening after our reservation at another establishment was canceled. We felt instantly welcomed and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. There was a piano player that evening that could be heard in the dining rooms which was unexpected and delightful. The food was well prepared, unfussy and unpretentious. Portion sizes perfect, highlighting the protein. My salmon was delicious and my husband’s schnitzel as authentic as it gets outside of Europe. The service staff were attentIve and available. We never felt rushed. It was truly a lovely meal and we will definitely be back.

  Excellent meal! I had herb crusted chicken very moist with fingerling potatoes and a vegetable medley that was the veg du jour. We were told when served this was the only meal on the menu that was served in the White House. My son had prime pork schnitzel he let me taste and if I ever go back that's what I will have. My husband had the salmon which he said was delicious. We had dessert. They were out of the Apple Almond Tart so both my son and husband had the Cassis Mousse Cake they loved which we were also told was also served in the White House. I asked for one scoop of salted carmel ice cream from a local co called Good Life Ice Cream.. Have to find them! I thought the service was a tad slow, I felt too much time between. I also noticed that there was an upstairs dining area and was surprised to see elderly people coming down the steps, one with a cane so heads up on reservations if steps are a challenge.

  Did not like the atmosphere at all. It felt crowded and tight. And not my style. The vegetables were very bland. Chicken was decent and I prefer cheesesteak egg rolls more than braised rib

Despite the dining room being fully occupied due to a tour bus, the hostess managed to see us and seat us immediately—a truly impressive feat of organization. Our server, Danielle, approached the table promptly, took our drink orders, and provided the menus. She returned with the drinks almost instantly, allowing us to place our meal orders without any noticeable delay. For our main courses, we leaned into sophisticated comfort food. I ordered the classic Fish & Chips, which featured perfectly house-breaded Haddock. The fish was flaky and moist inside with a satisfying crunch on the exterior. It was served alongside a generous portion of crispy russet potatoes (a welcome upgrade from standard fries) and a fresh, bright coleslaw. The dish was executed flawlessly, delivering a warm, satisfying lunch experience. My dining companion chose the Short Rib Grilled Cheese, a decadent and savory take on a classic sandwich. This creation utilized rustic bread filled with melted Cheddar cheese and sweet sautéed onions, all enveloping tender, flavorful slow-cooked short rib. Served with a side of golden French Fries, it was the ideal hearty, gourmet lunch—a meal that truly exceeded expectations. The quality of service, especially under high-pressure conditions, was truly the highlight. Our server, Danielle, was professional, warm, and highly efficient. The entire team clearly understands how to manage a bustling lunchtime crowd, ensuring the experience feels personalized and appropriately paced, never rushed.
