I absolutely will never return after today.
Visited with my elderly father and niece. Older lady behind the counter is flat out rude. My father is hard of hearing due to his age, she was getting irritated and snarky because she’s having to repeat herself, yet she’s speaking very softly. Then has the nerve to also tell my niece to speak up; how about she speaks at audible level herself?
I’m sure she deals with BS from city folk, oh well—it’s downtown Lancaster, what does one expect? Everybody has their own problems, everybody is going through something. But if you’re treated with kindness & respect, you give it back. It’s simple. Get a better employee.

Ordered online, refused to make order die to being low on supply after seeing them throwing receipts on the ground. Asked about my order and said we had to wait in line after we paid for food and reorder. Said to call the store even though they were running the store, and didn’t have the decency to refund!
