We shared appetizer #9 (shrimp and pork salad with lotus rootlet) which I haven’t seen at other Vietnamese restaurants and am glad we got it. We appreciated having the shrimp already peeled for us. We also ordered two bahn mi to go, lemongrass chicken and beef, both of which had perfect ratios of meat to bread and veggies. Usually, I order extra meat for bahn mi from other places but was not disappointed here. If you ever have a pop-up in York even with just bahn mi, we’ll be there!
