- ALAmanda L1 day ago1.0I was disappointed with my recent visit. I found a long blonde hair intertwined in the caramel of my bear claw, which was very off-putting and raised concerns about food handling and sanitation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this experience made it difficult to enjoy my visit. I hope the store can take steps to improve quality control and food safety. I would be open to giving them another chance in the future.

After browsing and enjoying the free samples, we purchased 3 apples and 3 bear claws. Nicole gave us a half pound of Pralines for free. The bear claws and pralines were good but the apples were amazing. Just ate the last apple on 3/12/2026 and it was still fresh 5 days later. Hoping to return soon for more goodies.

I got praline and bearclaw flavored ice cream. It had great taste and flavor. The cashier there, think her name was Faith was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

I was looking for a valentines gift for somebody special. They didn’t yet have their valentine displays available, but that did not stop them. Nicole was absolutely amazing as she used her creativity to make me a gift basket for my loved one. It was so impressive. She was so beyond kind, as was everyone in the store. It made the entire experience an extra sweet treat not only for me, but my loved one. I highly recommend a visit to their stores, especially the Lancaster location.
