    Usually love Panera Bread. But this place does NOT have it together. We could not understand the cashier, we waited 45 minutes for our food, we were given a cup of soup instead of a bowl & for the 2nd time visiting, they were out of baguette bread and replaced it with chips. I mean your name is literally Panera BREAD. The thing that really got my attention though was how dirty it was. As a business owner I know how discouraging a bad review can be, but this place is a disgrace

    Staff was friendly and accommodating, but service seemed slower than expected. They forgot our bottled water and gave us the wrong pastry. Food (breakfast) was just okay. Did not like the hot chocolate at all.
