First time coming to this Dunkin and the absolute LAST I don’t recommend coming here unless you’re desperate and don’t care about your moneys worth.

I was just trying to get a sandwich, not get in the middle of the managers insistence on treating his employees poorly in front of guests. Unprofessional manager. Other staff was a super helpful, sweet and struck up a conversation with me.

- KWKayla WascheSep 27, 20253.0I am somewhat of a regular to this Dunkin, I ordered two $6 meal deals on the kiosk screen, both are supposed to come with a drink, sandwich and hash browns. I ordered them both correctly, but only one of them came with the hash browns, and my receipt had shown it didn't register the other as a $6 meal deal. So the second order only came with a drink and sandwich. I told the manager about this and showed my receipt. He was very rude about it and basically told me it was my fault the kiosk did not add right, and refused to give me the hash browns for the other order that was supposed to be a $6 meal deal. He is also very difficult to work with if you are using your rewards app, or have a coupon on the app for something. He's tried to tell us that we had to "purchase" something to get our reward for free, which the app said otherwise, which in turn we could not use it unless we bought something. It is a great place to go to, the workers are very nice, but I could say different about management.
