  This the worst location I have ever been to. I’ve tried so many times because it is convenient but no more…I’m done. Between long lines…being out of product…incorrect orders…rude staff…it is just not worth anymore.i just go to another location. I was actually scolded by a staff member because they felt I didn’t give them enough time to complete my order. Even the line is always backed up to the street and my by the time I get to the speaker the order was ready. Several times I didn’t get my bonus points for visiting on a Monday and ordering in the app…they just don’t care and when you do complain they just send a standard script apology and don’t address the issue at all. Awful service. Don not go to this location…

  It’s donuts, so it feels ridiculous to complain… but here I am. If you can’t staff your business, just say that. I 100% hate using kiosks to order — especially when my order gets cancelled twice because some of the donuts I picked “aren’t available.” How would I know that? Oh right… the machine didn’t know either. And it didn’t prompt me. I bet a person would have known. It’s wild when you try to treat the office and instead have to do a mental cost-benefit analysis: Do I have time to wait? Do I want to restart this order again? Do I just abandon the mission and bring back gas station cookies? Nothing like a little self-checkout existential crisis before 9am. Anyway… I’m now the guy complaining about donuts.

  Since this is the only way that corporations in America care anymore about people's feedback I would like to say that this place does not have kind people working the window. Very short and direct trying to get you in and out without giving you any pleasant service. Food is normally cold cheese is never melted and I'll never go here again. America is starting to suck because of all these entitled people working for these corporations. I'll never go to a McDonald's or dunkin' donuts ever again.
