  So disappointed in this location. We placed an order Friday night for Saturday pick up at noon. There was snow Saturday morning, but the roads were clear well before noon. I even got notice our order was being started. When my husband went to pick it up the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. We had 25 people waiting for pizza and so had to use somewhere else which was delicious, got a call from the store at 12:24 asking if we wanted our order and then the woman who called was extremely rude when I said no we had made other arrangements and hung up on me.

  We used to order here a lot so I decided to order tonight. I knew it might take a while because its Friday night. I thought hmm, havent heard a knock and was sitting right next to the door. I check the app and it says it was delivered. I go out and its sitting on the concrete outside my door. It is like 25 degrees out. So I am like, great its probably cold. When I open the pizza, both of them are smashed on the box. I called in to complain and was put on hold twice. Finally got someone who instead of apologizing started complaining and justifying saying we are very busy...that shouldn't affect your handling of the pizza or ringing the doorbell....then she says we can remake it but it will be a long time. I told her I don't want it remade, its late and my kids will just eat it. I asked her if we can have a refund or a coupon or something and she sounded like this was a hassle stating, well I guess I can have a manager call you tomorrow. So I agreed. They did just call back and reluctantly report the manager said I will get credit on the next order. Very frustrating though.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I wasn't going to leave a review but after the disaster of a delivery 2 minutes from the store I'm leaving one now... One train your staff not to lie on the phone... I place my order at 6:40 it is expected at 7:10 p.m. ... At 7:30 I call the store girl says there was a mistake with your order but they're on their way to you now... they're on their way... If you're on your way to me you should be here in 2-3 minutes... 20 minutes later I called the store again. It rings 20 times obviously they did not want to pick up... Finally someone picks up calls the driver keep in mind its 8:00 p.m. almost 90 minutes from when I placed my order... Guy tells me 20 minutes so I asked him why can't I just come pick it up... He says I don't have your order I know that you don't have my order because it's been in a car for 90 minutes... I decide to wait for my order another 20 minutes goes by I call back I'm like listen I'm not going to take the order unless I can pick it up as it's going to be ice cold especially in this weather... I go to pick it up I don't even get a I'm sorry I don't hear my apologies as I'm walking out to drive a looks at me I say You could at least say you're sorry for messing up the order But again nothing... I will never in my life order Domino's again I'm not even a Domino's fan I'm from Brooklyn New York a real pizza is not Domino's... So not that you care but you have lost my business and I will tell as many people as possible not to order any Domino's from the store in Lititz PA. Worst service ever.... Terrible terrible customer service... It's obvious you don't train new employees especially when they're young kids... I can't even imagine all the people that you've lost considering the service that is given at this establishment
