  Ordered three extra chicken bowls, which costs like $6 extra each bowl, and the person serving didn’t have enough so just put the rest of the crumbs from the bottom of the pan on the bowls.

  I’m honestly frustrated with how that interaction went. The girl handling the order didn’t want to go to the back to get chicken and instead of just communicating that respectfully, she had a really dismissive and nasty attitude about it. I get that work gets busy, but basic customer service and respect shouldn’t disappear because of that. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and unnecessary! My family did not deserve that kind of nasty attitude.

  I took my 2 boys to lunch at this Chipotle today, and while we were sitting there eating, a cockroach crawled out of the vent and continued thru the store. The workers were quick to get rid of it (killing it right over the food) and proceeded to apologize to the patrons behind us who told them about it, and refunded their money. Meanwhile nothing was said to my children and I, no apologies or anything. My burrito bowl had so much liquid in it it was almost inedible. Enjoy at your own risk.

  If you order delivery they will basically give you a half portion. If you order the quac get it on the side because they skimp on that too if you get it on top, for almost $4 that’s crazy. They also do not wait until the driver is close/there so if you order and it gets picked up a bit later your food will be brick cold. Chicken is also sometimes burnt and inedible. Not a very good chipotle.
