  They can’t keep up with their ingredients. They are always missing at least one ingredient either gauc fajita or lettuce. I’m a vegetarian and not having guac for veggie bowl which is included does not justify the price and it’s always around 5-7 pm. When I ask they say they can only serve what they prepare in the morning why would you not prepare more if you know you’re always out of ingrediants. No wonder why chipotle stock is going down

  This is probably the worst customer service experience I have had in my life. From the minute I walked in, the employee making our food behind the counter was giving my husband and I an attitude. How dare we come into chipotle and order food I guess? We asked questions about what they had available since most of it was out. My husband decided to just not get anything there, so the gave us a nasty look and threw his container in the trash with distain and walked away and we hadn’t finished the order. Im genuinely confused as to what upset her so much? The other employee had to step in and finish our order. Listen I get it, I’m not expecting 5 star service at any fast food place. But I do think it’s ridiculous to be so incredibly rude to anyone. I hope to never encounter this girl again for the rest of my life.

  NEVER ORDER THROUGH DELIVERY, THEY WILL GIVE YOU HALF A PORTION EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s absolutely ridiculous, you go in and they pile it on but you order it through uber and you get 2 bites even though you end up paying more. Never ordering delivery from here again, there’s no reason for this to be consistently happening.

  Food was good but customer service is probably near -1 to -5. Got a bowl with a utensils and a side of the red chimmichurri and I got no untensils, no side. Took forever to come to the window and the waitress was just straight up rude. Never coming back here again. If you guys about the service then don’t come here. They’re cursing you out while making your food.

  For close to 2 years this has been one of my go to lunch places. The last few weeks have been a different experience from the last 20 months. Prices have gone up which isn't a big deal I know inflation is a thing. What drives me up the wall is the lady who seems to always be making the bowl for me believes that half a scoop is rice is enough. When I ask for more rice she puts like another teaspoon worth in the bowl and says she cant do anymore. Yes you can. Any other employee who makes the food must know that a half scoop isn't enough. Its ridiculous. Pay more for less must be that specific woman's work model. My bowl i order is only ever half full when all said and done. Like she must be making a kids meal cause damn this portion is small. Overall the other employees are great and friendly.
