About 10-15 people waiting in the mobile pickup section the entire time I was waiting. Will not return.

All of the drink dispensers were empty, food and garbage everywhere and not a clean table in sight. Mind you, this was at 8:30pm, so not the dinner rush. With at least 6 people visibly working, only one person was filling orders. My order was complete (minus 2 sides because they were out...really? They are going to be open for another 3 hours...they just couldn't be bothered.) and I waited over 6 minutes for someone to ring me up! Why? Because she was on her personal cell, making plans with a friend! Where was management?! I will NEVER go back!

The people behind the counter are extremely inexperienced, are obviously not trained, and very few speak English. It’s hard to tell them what you want. If you do manage to communicate, you get very little of what you ordered, and they almost always get it wrong in one way or another. I can’t remember ever having a positive experience here and we’ve been here many times. It’s time to give up. Don’t recommend it all.
