It’s a kitchen issue, horrible. No idea how to actually make food. Each time we have gone here it was long enough since last time that we kind of forget the really bad experience. Waited literally well over an hour to get any food after our order. Heard the gamut of reasons, each answer was different from the last. After waiting that long, my dinner was done so poorly I actually sent it back and told them don’t send me another or anything else, just want to be done so once others are done we can leave. Burger King is better food and experience, consider that.

We usually live B dubs. This one is not as good. We wanted to watch the Thursday night football game. First we were told we couldn't sit at the table we had picked. I was a large table and we were only 2 people. After moving we saw another 2 people sit there and were not asked to move. My wife got an apple cider only to find fruit flies in it after drinking 3/4 of it. The service was horrible. No plates/napkins or silverware. When we asked for them it took several minutes before our waitress returned

Food was good. French fry portions are too small, I love my fries. Definitely a Sports TV restaurant. The waitress was wonderful in trying to meet our request for a different table & she was cheery even though she was extremely tired. The hostess was not willing to meet our request in giving us a non-handicap table; neither my spouse or I are in a wheelchair or handcap in any way. After the two lg.groups came & were sitted there were still those three other non-handicap tables the hostess could of moved us to. If we return & the hostess on duty is not accommodating I will leave & go to another restaurant.

had one of the most unprofessional experiences ever at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Lancaster. My friends and I came in expecting a chill evening, but the service was completely unacceptable from start to finish. First off, our server gave us the wrong information about Happy Hour specials. When we got the bill and noticed the prices didn’t match, we politely brought it up — instead of fixing the mistake, the staff got defensive and started cussing at us. The manager on duty did absolutely nothing to help or correct the issue, even after it was clear that the server was the one who misinformed us. The complete lack of accountability and respect was shocking. As customers, we should never be talked to or treated that way — especially over a mistake that was their fault, not ours. The whole situation was embarrassing and disappointing. I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings locations before, but this one in Lancaster was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. There needs to be serious retraining in customer service and management professionalism.

I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt but I don’t think they even deserve that. It took about 10 minutes for us to even be greeted for drinks. My in-laws both ordered strawberry margaritas with nothing on the rim of the glass and when they were originally made with salt on the rim, they asked for them to be remade with nothing on the rim because the salt had already started falling into the drink. I watched the bartender Anya stick her fingers in the drink to pull out the lime, just pour the drinks into new cups and then put the lime back on top. I told them to absolutely not drink it and so we told the server and she apologized and took them back to be remade. I made sure to watch extra close and make sure she didn’t do it again. My father in law didn’t even want to drink his margarita so he got a starry instead. When he started drinking it, there were black particles in it which only happen when the nozzles are dirty or there’s stuff in the ice. The manager, Mandy Vegas, who looked to be about 20 years old, talked to our server and then didn’t even come over to even apologize or anything. She avoided us the entire time we were there. Then the food took a good 20-25 minutes to come out. Keep in mind, there was only about 50 people in the whole restaurant at this point and all we ordered was chicken dippers and a sampler. My mother in law asked for buffalo sauce with her dippers and they gave her powder seasoning. My father in laws fries were ice cold. We also ordered boneless wings to go when we got our food. We went about 25 minutes before seeing our server again, where we finally asked for boxes and the check. Still, the manager had not come to say anything. When we got to the door, waiting for my father in law at the bathroom, the manager came up and asked us “how many?” as if we weren’t just in the restaurant for over an hour and a half. But if she would’ve came to talk to us when the bartender put her fingers in their drinks, she would’ve known we already ate. Overall, we were all pretty disgusted and unhappy with the experience.
