  This Arby's is right next to the Tanger outlets and it's not that far away for a good lunch while out shopping. Waiting time for my food was very short It was prepared rather quickly. Highly recommend roast beef sandwiches lol.

  The service was terrible this time. In all the years I've visited this place when I go to see my relatives in Lancaster, the manager, shift Tracy, is incredibly rude and discriminates against people of color. I placed a mobile order and paid for it, then waited about 20 minutes and it never arrived. I asked her about it and she said there was nothing. I showed her my phone so she could see the order number, and she made dismissive gestures with her hands and face, saying, "I don't have time for you." Then, when I said, "Here's my receipt," she told me, "Take the cups and pour yourself a drink. You're good for something!" I was in shock. She never served my order; only a young man working in the back prepared it, and he was the only one who apologized. This is unacceptable! I will never return and I do not recommend this place.

  No one behind the counter when I arrived, waited 5 mins to see a employee, ordered the new gobbler turkey sandwich, opened it up when I got home, and they didn't put the stuffing, cheese or onions on the sandwich that's it's supposed to come with , but proceeded to put bacon on it that's not advertised on sandwich, like how is that even possible, no wonder why the only cars in the parking lot are the employees, highly disappointed and a horrible experience
