    I had a really disappointing experience at this dunkin donuts. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I pulled up, it honestly felt like the store was closed because no one greeted me or acknowledged I was there. I went to the drive thru window, and an employee saw me and didn’t say anything. Instead of helping, she just looked at me and continued vacuuming the floor, completely ignoring me. It was frustrating and honestly felt very disrespectful. It was really gross how much she touched the floor. Who knows if they touch our food like that as well I understand places get busy, but basic communication and acknowledgment go a long way. This experience made me not want to come back. Don’t waste your time trying to get their attention because they don’t care.

    They lost my order, were incredibly rude when I asked about it, and finally ignored me until I left. I have to applaud them for this— I mean, they really reached a new level of bad service. Brava ladies!

    THIS LOCATION SUCKS. They never have what I order in app. They don't have what most other DD's have on the menu. They overcharged me and they told me if I don't like it call the number on the app. Instead of making it right in store. . They got me twice, the girl gave me an ATTITUDE, she also gave me the WRONG information before I ordered. After I ordered she didn't want to help/ or give me the time of day! HANDS DOWN WORST DUNKIN I EVER WENT TO. I did call the number on the app, I was put on hold, on my Bluetooth and after 3 HOURS someonr picked up the phone anf hung up. Twice called same scenario.

    I like their coffee just as much as Starbucks and they don't charge me $6 for a coffee.

    The manager JESUS at this location is very rude! He also adds extra charges to your order and then when you address it he acts like your not suppose to question his sneakiness! Also, if you add cold foam check your receipt he has his employees charging double for cold foam … his poor employees look miserable working under him…
