  If I could give no stars I would. Never again. Felt rushed. Jaylynn the employee was rushing me through my order with 2 kids. Place looked unsanitary. Actually felt a little embarrassed coming in with 2 little ones. She looked annoyed as I was asking my son if he wanted salsa on his burrito and proceeded to roll his burrito before he could answer. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go to another one. Should have looked at the reviews before deciding to go here.

  I’m done with this location. Several times the white rice has been undercooked to the point it’s inedible. Most times the burrito bowls are hardly filled. Why on earth Chipotle doesn’t use universal measurements is beyond me. Today I picked up (big mistake to do an online order) 3 burrito bowls that were not even half-filled. And these bowls were ordered to have extra rice. I’m not spending money here any longer.

  Shame on the employees at this store. They do not have the attitude or service that waitstaff should possess.

  i've been to this chipotle a handful of times and there's always an issue. this time the rice was not cooked and half my toppings were wrong or missing. insane

  When I got to the front of the line, I was told they didn’t have white rice—even though there was literally a pan of freshly cooked white rice sitting right there in one of the employee’s hands. The employee who told me this was extremely rude for no reason and acted like I was bothering her just by asking. There were literally four employees there, but only one of them seemed to actually be working. The others were either standing around doing nothing or hanging out in the bathroom while the line was literally to the door. Customers were waiting forever. After standing in line for a long time she said it would somehow take 45 minutes just to make more rice. How does chipotle not have rice? At that point we ended up leaving without ordering because the wait was ridiculous. Really disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location.
