  It was a bad experience when you wait in line for 39 minutes then you order and the staff is rude no food everything they did have was cold unacceptable I been in restaurants business for 33 years I’m a culinary professional wanted to try something different its seems I’m never coming back to this location manager no where to be found !!!!

  Terrible corporate Mexican-American non-traditional food kind of bland and the burritos are always soft and falling apart I also feel like half the time the food is just cold. The employees are trying very hard but the business itself isn't that great

  Service extremely slow. Took 20 minutes from time I entered the front door to when I paid. There were three people in front of me and that was it. By the time I left the line was at the door. Manager saw the workers being slow and saw line getting long and instead of jumping in to help, she went into her “office” and closed the door. Craziness.

  HI all, FYSA - on March 31st at 8PM, my family and I experienced possibly the worst fast food experience in our lives. Our food was delayed by over a half hour. It happens. But, the restaurant workers were also pretty rude to my daughters. Ok, everyone has a bad day. Yet, the order we received was also wrong. We had ordered steak tacos, which didn't have any protein, let alone steak with them. When we went back to get the steak (or a refund), the staff refused to provide us with either. So this is not going well, but not something I'd leave a review for. We simply wanted to get the correct order so my daughters could eat a late dinner (we were returning from a road trip) or simply get a refund so we could go somewhere else. However, the workers threatened to give us no food or refund for over 10 minutes because "you're going to leave a bad review in the app." Based on their unprofessionalism, we're not just leaving a bad review in the App, but will also leave a review here, which reflects the meanness and rudeness of the establishment. I recommend everyone visit the Chipotle on Fruitville Pike or Lincoln and avoid this one for your own well being.

  Honestly one of the worst locations i'seen. The places feels disorganized, understaffed, and poorly managed. The manager is unprofessional and disrespectful and the overall environment just isn't welcoming. There's a clear lack of leadership, and it shows in how everything is handled. I wouldn't recommend this location at all I would've given this place zero stars if that was an option, but since it's not, they're getting one,
