  Okay I love going to chickfila for lunch and dinner. That’s what the four stars are for. I took one star off because I don’t like their breakfasts. I ordered breakfast through delivery and paid a lot for what I got. I got the hash brown egg and chicken meal with a parfait. The meal was so small but oddly satisfying. The parfait is very disappointing because I ordered it with just fruit and yogurt. It looks like they just cut up a strawberry and put it on top. It looks nothing like the picture

  It’s already frustrating enough that customers have to rely on DoorDash for their meals, but it becomes even worse when employees forget items simply because the order wasn’t read carefully. The ticket clearly listed the full meal, yet the fries were missing. DoorDash charged $3.83 for the fries, and after taxes and tip, that’s about $10 lost on an item I never received. This wasn’t the driver’s fault, it falls entirely on the restaurant staff for not paying attention to the order details. This kind of mistake is avoidable and really impacts the customer experience. Please take the time to double check orders before sending them out.

  They gave my husband the wrong sandwich. Because the tomatoes lettuce bread was covering the chicken he didn't realize it was spicy until 2 bites. He told them they made the mistake with the order. They said since he eat 2 bites we can't give you another burger. That was my first time being not pleased with them. We eat at different chick-fil-A all the time 😢

  Never been to a better Chick-Fil-A location. Parking lot wasn't a cancer to navigate, parking spots conveniently placed just right of the food pickup lane. Had a decently large order and I got it in under 10 minutes ( drive through lane was congested, too. ) Fresh delicious food with amazing staff that were kind and understanding.

  I love Chick-fil-A, and our experience is usually amazing, until today. We ordered and the girl who asked us for the order was younger but her attention was all over the place looking at one of the guys in another lane. I had to repeat myself multiple times and she put in multiple wrong items which is usually fine accept she put blue cheese on my salad even though I said no cheese, she put breading on my wife's burger even though I said grilled with a gluten free bun, and gave us regular lemonade when we asked for the hibiscus. At this point outside of my son's order which was just nuggets we could only eat 1 of the 3 meals so there goes about 30$ down the drain.
