  How are you a wing restaurant and sell wings so tiny? Literally the smallest wings I've ever seen. What a rip off. I will literally never spend money on this resturant for the rest of my life.

  Hang on tight, if you decide to go here on a Wednesday afternoon, I suggest you choose somewhere else. Ordered a 6 pc boneless wings, came out with a hair tying 2 pcs together. Not the end of the world but there was zero apology from anyone that worked there. We ordered our main meals which were a chicken sandwich and a burger(these were not terrible) but also ordered a beer and a mixed drink with them. Main dishes came out but never received our adult drinks. Tried to charge us for the drinks at the end. Never received any silverware or napkins either. This experience has led to never eating at this place again.

  I arrived at the time my food was ready pick up I stood around 15 mins which felt like 25 while staff walked past me no one acknowledged to see what I was there for or had been helped. Mind you I was the only one waiting for pick up. Someone from the kitchen saw me and came out to ask had I been helped I said no I’m here for pickup she went back to grab my food so my food just unnecessarily waiting in the back smh I get home and there’s literally no sauce on my wings! I was excited to try to Caribbean jerk flavor and was disappointed and to top It off the wings were definitely hard and old smh

  Ordered 15 bone-in wings with spicy garlic. Picture attached how they came out. If there wasn’t a sticker that said spicy garlic, you would think they just gave me unsauced wings. It took 10 minutes for our waitress to come to our table after we got our food. She wasn’t the one to deliver the food. I asked her if that’s how they’re supposed to come and I got a reluctant “no” after showing both sides of a bare wing. She asked if I wanted them remade or sauce on the side. I said I wanted sauce on the wings and if it means remake then OK. She came back 30 seconds later and said they re-tumbled them. I don’t know what re-tumbled means, but if they use same sauce/equipmet PSA if you got spicy garlic after 7:30 pm it has my fingers in it. Also didn’t get a single water refill In an hour. I’m beyond frustrated with this location. I wish that I didn’t grow up loving the franchise because it would be easier to stop coming. Voting with my wallet. This and charging $.99 for sauce on takeout I’m done.

  We had a party of 5 and arrived around 4:15 PM. We waited for everyone to show up at 4:30. We were seated, service was very slow. Meals were cold. We did get a plate of hot French fries, but both orders of wings were cold. Our server was very slow. We didn't leave until after 6 PM. I gave our server a $50 gift card and $22.76 cash to cover a $63.76 bill and a tip. I stepped into the ladies room. When I got back to the table, my husband informed me that the gift card did not work and he used our card to pay the $63.76 bill. I asked where the cash was. He said she only returned the card. I was so angry, the meal was NOT worth $85.00 that I paid out and she was not worth $22.00 tip. We will never recommend or visit your establishment again. The restaurant was crowded when we left and I didn't speak to a manager, but I should have! Very poor service! Do not eat at Buffalo Wild Wings!
